January 16, 2008 — NorahFrom this week (Monday, Jan 14, 2008), USC S&E community users can chat with S&E Librarians during evenings.
The new chat services are Monday 7 -9 pm and Wednesday 6 – 8pm.
Please come to Ask-A-Librarian and chat about your library questions with your librarian at nights!
New service from Ask_A_Librarian: USC subject-based chat reference
October 2, 2007 — NorahHey, have you ever been too shy to ask me (your librarian) questions, any kinds of questions? Did you every use the Ask_A_Librarian service at USC Libraries?
Now Ask_A_Librarian launched a new services, USC subject-based chat reference. USC librarians are going to provide the USC localized, subject based chat reference to you. You will get more “personalized” and “institutional specialized” services from us. All you need to do is very simple:
Go to the Ask_A_Librarian page, enter your name and usc email, and then chat!
Currently the USC Science and Engineering chat reference hours are
Monday 10 – 11
Wednesday 10 – 11
or by appointment (email ahead for an appointment) .
